Caught in the Act!

With Dancing with the Stars down to the three finalists, many of the cast members cut loose at newly-opened H Lounge in West Hollywood — and they had good reason to party. The group celebrated the birthdays of pros Derek Hough (he turned 25, May 17) and Mark Ballas (who turns 24 on May 24). Ballas hung out in a VIP section and cozied up to the Pussycat Dolls Ashley Roberts, while Hough was in and out after 20 minutes — just enough tie to enjoy the chocolate Cold Stone Creamery birthday cake. Though he was flirting with Roberts, Ballas also played gracious host, making sure that all the guests were having fun.
